We had the pleasure of assisting Luminosity Lighting Limited with its recent acquisition of the business and certain assets of Richard Martin Lighting Limited.

Luminosity Lighting is a professional stage lighting supply, design, and rental company, servicing the commercial sectors of Television, Film, Exhibitions, and Corporate Events in and outside of the UK.

Its expansion with the purchase of the Richard Martin Lighting business helps cement Luminosity’s expert offering in the industry, and we wish Chris and the rest of the Luminosity Team all the best in this next stage for the business.
