Employee Ownership for CPC

EMW Law LLP has recently advised on the preliminary restructure and transition of CPC Project Services Limited to employee ownership, by the use of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

With over 300 consultants, CPC is one of the largest project and cost management consultancies in the UK. In 2023, CPC were recognised in their industry as winners of the Association for Project Management’s SME of the Year and Building Awards’ Construction Consultancy of the Year.
