Advising Fall Off The Wall Limited to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)

EMW has recently advised on the sale of shares of Fall Off The Wall Limited to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), an area in which EMW has a wealth of experience.

Fall Off The Wall is an independent creative and production agency and ranked 51 in Campaign’s Top 100 Creative & Production Agencies. The company was founded in 2002 by two friends, Jamie and Robin, who took their love of design and started their own studio. The company has since created ads and campaigns for a diverse range of clients across all screens big and small, TV, Digital and Social.

Jamie said;

Tracy and her team held our hands through the process which made the EOT transition easy to understand. The process to complete was within a short time frame which was something the business wanted to achieve.
