Launch of the EMW Trust Corporation Limited

Building on the success of EMW Wealth the firm has now created the EMW Trust Corporation to support the work undertaken by the Team and to further enhance the service provided to its clients. The EMW Trust Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMW Law LLP and everyone who is a director of the EMW Trust Corporation is a member of EMW Law.

Of the Trust Corporation the firm’s Managing Partner James Geary said:-

The EMW Trust Corporation can act in a number of different capacities including as an Executor, Trustee, Attorney, Deputy or Nominee. Traditionally these important roles have often been occupied by individuals or partners however this can lead to problems if that person is unavailable for any reason, for example if they are on holiday, sick or die. As a corporate entity the EMW Trust Corporation will never go on holiday, become unwell or die ensuring a professional and uninterrupted service for the firm’s clients. Due to the close relationship between the EMW Trust Corporation and the EMW Wealth Team individuals and their families will continue to be able to benefit from the specialist knowledge that the Team provides in a way that is both seamless and cost effective.
