Delighted to be assisting Ocee & Four Design again

EMW’s Occupiers and Investment team has just completed a new lease on behalf of Ocee & Four Design to secure a larger premises at their site in Northampton.

This has enabled consolidation of their operations to one site and allowed the company to keep its home in Northampton for years to come. Ocee & Four Design continues to retain manufacturing within the UK of their sustainable, stylish premium office furniture. EMW has worked with Ocee for many years and looks forward to continuing providing advice and assistance across all areas of the business.
