EMW is delighted to announce that it has advised Levitt Bernstein Associates Limited on the establishment of an employee ownership trust (EOT) and the subsequent sale of the shares in the company to that trust.
Matthew Goulcher, Managing Director and exiting shareholder of the company commented:
